The staff attorney for Westmont, Ms. Lebau has more than 17 years' experience in private practice. Her practice focused on the representation of businesses and individuals primarily in matters involving insurance insolvency, reinsurance, third party liability, and construction.
While Ms. Lebau's primary responsibility encompasses all aspects of the insurance regulatory field, her area of specialty is in life and accident and health compliance. She leads a team of professionals responsible for the full array of services necessary for the filing and ultimate approval of all types of life and accident and health products. Ms. Lebau is also responsible for providing counsel to Westmont staff on all levels of legal review, including helping Westmont service its clients needs in TPA licensing, Form A applications, compliance research in regards to statutory and regulatory requirements, and, where necessary, contract drafting.
