Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Westmont, Ms. Stepanski is responsible for all insurance regulatory matters, including: company, agency, MGA, TPA, and agent licensing; state filings; redomestications; name changes; compliance issues and market conduct examinations; and product development.

Ms. Stepanski has more than 25 years of insurance regulatory experience and has led the regulatory efforts on behalf of Westmont's clients for the past 15 years.

Prior to joining Westmont, Ms. Stepanski was with the Government and Industry Relations Department of Reliance Insurance Company. She served as Vice President of Regulatory Compliance for an insurance group prior to joining Reliance. Ms. Stepanski is a magna cum laude graduate of Misericordia University.
