A Senior Claims Consultant for Westmont, Mr. Miernicki has more than 25 years of experience in claims, audits, and compliance. He began his career as a claims adjuster for Reliance Insurance Company, and later handled claims and investigative work for CNA Insurance Company before joining Scottish and York as the supervising claims examiner, and then Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Group.
Mr. Miernicki assisted in the acquisition and mergers of books of business / personnel between CNA and Cunningham Lindsey, Maryland Casualty and Zurich Insurance Group, and AON Corporation and its subsidiaries. These projects included areas such as staffing, budget, new business projections, claims policy and procedures, and quality control.
