On June 12, 2017 the Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) released new instructions for electronic filing for Part C Affidavit. The new format provides drop down boxes to help eliminate common mistakes made by producing brokers saving time and money. The Bulletin also includes a practical instructional video.
The new ELANY instructions were issued in conjunction with the New York Department of Financial Services.
